Erin Chamberlin-Snyder M.D. FAAFP is a medical physician that specializes in the medical treatment of obesity/overweight and related conditions. She is a diplomate and certified by the American Board of Bariatric Medicine. She is currently serving as a trustee on both the Board of American Society of Baricatric Physicians (ASBP) and the American Board of Bariatric Medicine (ABBM). She is a national speaker for ASBP's Obesity and Associated Conditions symposiums and Regional Obesity Courses as well as teaching primary care physicians (PCP) the "Basic Medical Weight Loss Techniques". A soon to be published handbook on the treatment of obesity written by the ASBP for physicians will contain a chapter about behavior modification written by Dr. Chamberlin-Snyder. She is also currently creating two of the teaching modules to be included in the online fellowship program soon to be offered by the ASBP.
