EGGS!

Eggs are a perfect breakfast (or any meal). 6 grams of protein and 0 carbs make a great healthy meal. You can mix up what you throw in your eggs so you don't get too bored with them. Add cheese, ham or veggies to scrambled eggs. 


 Greek Yogurt

1 cup of greek plain, fat-free greek yogurt 

1 packet of splenda

 super quick and easy

22 grams protein / 9 carbs

Individual cups:

Kroger brand greek yogurt uses Stevia and has fewer carbs even with fruit flavors. 

Strawberry has 14g protein and 15g carbs

Vanilla has 14g protein and 10g carbs 


Cereal 

Craving cereal but don't want all the carbs. Try Kellogg® Protein Plus. It can be found in most major super markets. 
It has 14g carbs, 10g protein, and 5 g fiber. While it is not ideal having more cabs than protein, for cereal, it is the best I have found.
